Family, Fun, & Food ICook Class

The University of Missouri Extension Office comes to the Library once a month for this children’s cooking class. One parent attends with one or more children to prepare a healthy snack or meal. This month, we will be balancing protein with spices. The recipe is lentil and cheese quesadillas. YUM!
