The Carthage Public Library is a political subdivision of Missouri and is governed
by a nine member Board of Trustees.

Board members serve three-year terms and are appointed by the Mayor and
approved by the City Council.

Jennifer Seaton is the Library Director.
Deb Haynes is Director of Youth Services.
